Kara Dalkey
Biography
Kara Dalkey was born in 1953, in Los Angeles, California. She has
been searching for what she wanted to do when she grew up ever since.
Never growing above 4'11'' has, perhaps, been a factor in this. Her
search has brought her to study anthropology at UCLA, jump out of
airplanes, study karate, pain, write scripts for a radio show, and
work at such jobs as photograph cataloger, fruit basket stuffer,
rubber stamp maker, and electric bass musician. She now lives a
comparatively settled life in Minneapolis.
